Dear Garrett,
I saw your review of “Nothing is True and Everything is Possible” by Peter Pomerantsev. I very much appreciate the point you made about the state of Russian post-Soviet media. In the hope of contributing a better understanding about what actually happened in Russia at that time of change I would like to send you a free copy of the book authored by my husband Paul Weinzweig who wrote it in 1990 during our own work in Moscow for 10-part serial production “The Promised Land” for the National State Television.
I think you will like this book which is a humorous “fictional” story based on our own experiences. Its title is “Moscow Book of Promises” and I recently posted it on Amazon.com Kindle.
I believe you will enjoy its satire about the state of confusion and anarchy crippling the Soviet Union of the period. Finally, I would appreciate very much if you will consider looking at the kindle version of this book on Amazon.com and advise me if I should send you a free copy for your review.
Best regards,
Paulina Zelitsky
